We built STAT in the space between one crisis and the next.
We're surgeons. We've lived on vending machine coffee and whatever we could grab between cases. We've watched colleagues run on fumes during 16-hour shifts. We've been there ourselves—exhausted, hungry, and knowing the next patient deserves our best.
So we made the bar we wished existed.
STAT Energy is a food brand, not a wellness trend or lifestyle label. Our bars are made with whey and milk protein, caffeine from real coffee, and botanical ingredients. Every ingredient is declared on the label.

We added maca, ashwagandha, and cordyceps — botanicals used in food traditions around the world for centuries — because we believe what goes into our recipes should be as intentional as the work we do. No added sugars. No artificial shortcuts. Just clean, straightforward ingredients.
