Protein, coffee, and a recipe worth making room for. Every STAT Bar combines a whey and milk protein blend, caffeine from real coffee, dietary fiber, and botanical ingredients that vary by flavor.

Our protein blend combines Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, and Whey Protein Isolate — a whey and milk protein blend providing 16-19g of protein per bar depending on flavor. We use Chicory Root Fiber for dietary fiber content (6-7g per bar), non-sugar sweeteners like Allulose and Monk Fruit Extract instead of added sugars, and Coffee Fruit Extract as our primary caffeine source rather than synthetic caffeine anhydrous.

The botanicals vary by flavor: Chocolate contains maca and ashwagandha; Peanut Butter Espresso contains maca and ashwagandha and cordyceps; Salted Caramel Coffee contains maca and ashwagandha and reishi. Find the complete recipe on each wrapper and product page.

All three flavors — Peanut Butter Espresso, Salted Caramel Coffee, and Chocolate — are gluten-free and OU Kosher certified.

Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate): A whey and milk protein blend providing 16-19g of protein per bar depending on flavor.

Almond Butter / Peanut Butter: The primary fat source in each flavor, contributing monounsaturated fatty acids, natural flavor, and texture. Almond butter is used in Chocolate and Salted Caramel Coffee; peanut butter in Peanut Butter Espresso.

Chicory Root Fiber: A dietary fiber (inulin) that adds fiber content and contributes to the bar's texture. Contributes 6-7g of fiber per bar.

Allulose: A rare sugar found naturally in figs and raisins. Classified by the FDA as not required to be listed as added sugar on nutrition labels. Provides sweetness without contributing added sugars.

Soy Protein Crisps: Added for texture and to supplement the protein content. Contributes to the bar's structural crunch.

Coffee Fruit Extract: 100mg caffeine per bar from coffee and coffee fruit extract. Derived from the fruit surrounding the coffee bean.

Botanical ingredients are part of the recipe. The blend varies by flavor; check each wrapper for its full ingredient list.

Maca Root Powder: A root vegetable native to the Peruvian Andes, traditionally used in Andean cuisine for centuries. Adds a naturally earthy, slightly nutty flavor that complements chocolate, peanut butter, and coffee profiles. A popular ingredient in modern foods.

Ashwagandha Extract (or Powder): A botanical used in traditional Ayurvedic food preparations for thousands of years. Selected for its growing popularity in natural-food formulations. Provides a warm, herbal note that complements STAT's protein and coffee-based flavor profiles.

Cordyceps Mushroom Powder (Peanut Butter Espresso): A culinary mushroom extract used in various traditional East Asian recipes. Offers a subtle earthy depth that blends well with espresso and cocoa profiles.

Reishi Mushroom Powder (Salted Caramel Coffee): A culinary mushroom with a long history in Asian food traditions. Incorporated due to growing consumer familiarity with culinary mushroom ingredients in today's food market.

STAT Bars contain no artificial sweeteners. All sweetness is derived from naturally-sourced alternatives:

Allulose: A naturally occurring rare sugar found in small quantities in figs, wheat, and raisins. Not metabolized as sugar. Provides sweetness and contributes to the bar's moist texture.

Erythritol: A sugar alcohol found naturally in some fruits. Provides sweetness at approximately 70% of sugar's sweetness with minimal caloric contribution. Used inside the dark chocolate chip component.

Monk Fruit Extract: A natural, zero-calorie sweetener derived from monk fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii). Provides additional sweetness amplification.

Stevia Leaf Extract: A natural, zero-calorie sweetener from the Stevia rebaudiana plant. Used in both the dark chocolate chips and as a standalone sweetener in the overall bar formulation.

Note: STAT Bars are not a low-calorie food. Each bar contains 200-210 calories per serving.
