14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Baltimore, Maryland, or conducted by telephone or video at your election. You and OnCall Foods LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing info@oncallfoods.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out; doing so does not affect any other part of these Terms. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remainder of this section still applies.

STAT Bar is a food product, not a dietary supplement, drug, or medication. Each bar contains 100mg of caffeine from coffee and coffee fruit extract, printed on the wrapper. STAT Bar is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. By purchasing or consuming STAT Bar, you acknowledge that you have read our Medical & Health Disclaimer and understand the caffeine content and allergen information.
