Manage Your Subscription
Your STAT Bar subscription is powered by Shopify. Sign in to your customer account to update your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel — all in a few clicks.
Open your subscription portal
Sign-in is passwordless: enter the email address you used at checkout and Shopify emails you a 6-digit code. Then open Subscriptions in your account.
Subscriptions appear in your account after your first order is placed, so a new account may look empty. If the portal doesn't load, email info@oncallfoods.com and we'll manage your plan for you.
Update delivery frequency
Switch between every 2, 4, or 6 weeks at any time. The new schedule applies to your next order.
Skip or pause a delivery
Skip a single shipment or pause your plan. Make changes at least 48 hours before your next charge.
Swap flavors or quantity
Change the bars in your box, add more, or update your shipping address and payment method.
Cancel anytime
No commitments and no cancellation fees. Cancel in one click from your account.
How to update your delivery frequency
- Open the subscription portal and enter your order email address.
- Enter the 6-digit code Shopify emails you.
- Select Subscriptions, then choose your STAT Bar plan.
- Pick a new frequency — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks — and save. Your 10% subscriber discount stay applied.
Changes made less than 48 hours before a scheduled charge may apply to the following order.
