OnCall Foods LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates statbar.com. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to your personal data.

Notice at Collection
At or before the point we collect your information, this is what we collect and why:
- Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address) — to create your account, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and send messages you have asked for.
- Commercial information (orders, subscriptions, cart contents, returns) — to fulfill purchases, manage subscriptions, and keep required business records.
- Payment information (card details, processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store full card numbers) — to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Internet and device activity (pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, approximate location from IP) — to operate the site, measure usage, and prevent abuse.
- Customer communications (emails, contact-form messages, chat transcripts, reviews) — to answer you and improve our products.
- Inferences from the above, only where you have consented to advertising cookies — to show relevant advertising.
Retention: order and transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes; marketing contact details are kept until you opt out (and then on a suppression list so we do not contact you again); analytics data is kept for 26 months.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. To manage cookies and marketing preferences at any time, use , available in the footer of every page.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies for cart and checkout; first-party analytics (loaded from /~flock.js) to measure site usage; the Judge.me widget to display product reviews; and, where you consent, advertising cookies. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences control on every page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of advertising cookies.
- Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality, such as maintaining your shopping cart and completing checkout. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: We use first-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and shopping activity. You can manage Google Analytics through the Analytics setting in Cookie Preferences. On statbar.com, Google Analytics is disabled when that setting is off or Global Privacy Control is detected.
- Judge.me reviews widget: Loads product review content and may set cookies necessary to display and submit reviews.
- Advertising cookies: Set only with your consent, and never when your browser sends a GPC signal. These come from Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel, for Facebook and Instagram ads) and Google (the Google Ads remarketing tag), and are used to measure ad performance and to show you STAT Bar ads on those platforms and across the web after you leave our site.
- Preference cookies: Remember your settings, including your cookie choices, across visits.

5. Shopify as Our E-Commerce Platform
Our store is built on Shopify. Shopify processes payment information on our behalf using industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. For more information on how Shopify handles your data, please review Shopify's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business. These include:
- Shopify: E-commerce platform and payment processing
- Shipping carriers: (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to fulfill and deliver orders
- Email marketing platform: To send newsletters and order-related communications to subscribers
- SMS messaging platform: To deliver text messages to mobile numbers you have given us consent to text
- Judge.me: To collect and display product reviews
These third parties are contractually required to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order data is typically retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and processed by Shopify Payments.
While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Residents of these states may exercise the following rights:
- Right to know / access: Confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain the categories and specific pieces we hold, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose to.
- Right to correct: Have inaccurate personal information corrected.
- Right to delete: Have personal information we collected from you deleted, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting tax and recordkeeping obligations.
- Right to portability: Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable machine-readable format.
- Right to opt out of targeted advertising: Tell us not to use your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to opt out of profiling: Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. You may still direct us not to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of personal information. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we apply the opt-out automatically to that browser. You can also set your preferences directly using , linked in the footer of every page.
How to submit a request
Email info@oncallfoods.com with "State Privacy Request" in the subject line, and tell us your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity, usually by matching the information you provide against our order or account records. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent should email info@oncallfoods.com with written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may contact you directly to confirm the agent's authority and to verify your identity. Opt-out requests from an agent may be submitted with proof of the agent's authority alone.
Appeals
If we decline your request, our response will explain why. You may appeal by replying to that response, or by emailing info@oncallfoods.com with "State Privacy Appeal" in the subject line, within a reasonable period of our decision. A member of our team who was not involved in the original decision will review the appeal. We will respond in writing within 45 days of receiving the appeal, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, explaining the reasons for the outcome. If your appeal is denied, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
11. SMS and Phone Numbers
We collect mobile phone numbers so we can send you order and shipping updates and, where you have separately opted in, marketing text messages about products, launches and promotions. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with the messaging platform that delivers the texts on our behalf, and with our e-commerce platform where the number is part of your order record. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

12. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@oncallfoods.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to statbar.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
