Every STAT Energy bar is built around whey and milk protein, dietary fiber and 100mg of caffeine — roughly one shot of espresso — in a single food item. The bars are food products with a Nutrition Facts panel, not dietary supplements, and are manufactured in accordance with FDA food regulations.

Each bar also includes botanical ingredients that vary by flavor; this one contains Maca, Ashwagandha, Cordyceps, Reishi — which have a long history of traditional use in foods and beverages. STAT Energy makes no claims that these ingredients diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Bars contain milk and soy; some flavors contain peanuts or tree nuts, and all are produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat and gluten.
