STAT Energy is a food brand started by two surgeons for people who work long, unpredictable hours. Our bars combine whey and milk protein with 100mg of caffeine from real coffee. STAT Energy Bars are a product of OnCall Foods LLC, the company responsible for their formulation, manufacturing partnerships, and distribution.

Each STAT Energy bar contains caffeine equivalent to approximately one shot of espresso. Exact caffeine content is clearly listed on each product's nutrition label.
No. STAT Energy bars are food products, not dietary supplements. They are labeled with a Nutrition Facts panel and are manufactured in accordance with FDA food regulations.
STAT Energy bars contain botanical ingredients commonly referred to as adaptogens, which have a long history of traditional use in foods and beverages worldwide. These ingredients are included as part of the overall formulation and flavor profile of the bar. STAT Energy bars are formulated with ingredients commonly used in performance-oriented foods, including 100mg of caffeine and adaptogenic botanicals such as Maca, Ashwagandha, Cordyceps, Reishi (blend varies by flavor). STAT Energy bars are made with clean, quality ingredients. However, each bar contains 100mg of caffeine (equivalent to one cup of coffee). STAT Energy bars are not recommended for children or adolescents under 18, or for pregnant or nursing women without prior consultation with a healthcare provider. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine — including those with anxiety disorders, heart arrhythmias, high blood pressure, or insomnia — should consult a healthcare professional before use. If you have specific medical conditions, food allergies, or take prescription medications, please speak with your doctor before adding STAT Energy bars to your routine.
Yes. STAT Energy bars are gluten-free. Please refer to the ingredient list and allergen statement on each product for complete information.
Yes. STAT Energy bars contain milk and soy. Some flavors contain peanuts or tree nuts. All products are manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, dairy, wheat, and gluten. Always review the full ingredient list and allergen information on the product label before consuming. Product formulations may change — the label on the physical product is always the most current and authoritative source of allergen information. If you have known food allergies, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Store in a cool, dry place. For best quality, keep below 80°F. Exposure to heat may affect texture but not safety.
Shelf life varies by flavor and batch. Each box is labeled with a "best by" date.
STAT Bar is a food product, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, flavor, taste, or texture. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@oncallfoods.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos, and we will replace the affected product. Head to our Manage Subscription page to sign in to your account, where you can update your delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), skip deliveries, pause, swap flavors, or cancel anytime. You can also email info@oncallfoods.com and we'll handle it for you.
To skip a delivery, simply log into your account at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment and select "Skip" for that delivery. You can also email info@oncallfoods.com and we'll take care of it for you.
You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at a time. Log into your account and select "Pause Subscription," or contact our support team. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period, or you can reactivate it anytime.
Absolutely! You can change your flavor selection at any time before your next shipment. Log into your account and update your preferences, or email us at info@oncallfoods.com with your desired flavor. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next delivery will apply to that shipment.
Yes. Subscribers save 10% per order ($35.99 vs $39.99 per 12-count box) and choose delivery every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can skip, pause, swap flavors, or cancel any time in your account — changes made at least 48 hours before a scheduled charge apply to that order, and there is no cancellation fee. You choose your delivery frequency: every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks. You can change your frequency at any time through your account or by contacting support.
