1. Use the %DV column on the Nutrition Facts table
Canadian labels give a percent daily value for fibre, sugars, sodium and more. Health Canada's rule of thumb is that 5% DV or less is a little and 15% DV or more is a lot — a fast way to sort a real food bar from a candy bar.
STAT combines whey and milk protein with dietary fibre and botanical ingredients rather than a sugar-first formula, with the full breakdown printed on every wrapper.
2. Protein per bar, not per 100g
Bar weights differ, so compare the per-bar column. For an active day or a missed meal, a bar in the mid-to-high teens of protein grams behaves very differently from a 5g cereal bar.

3. Caffeine you can count against Health Canada's limit
Health Canada advises healthy adults keep caffeine to 400mg a day, and 300mg for people who are pregnant. A bar that prints its dose lets you keep that math honest alongside your coffee.
Each STAT flavour contains 100mg of natural caffeine from real coffee and cocoa — no synthetic caffeine.
4. It has to survive a Canadian commute
A bar living in a truck, a jacket or a hockey bag through a prairie winter needs to stay edible cold and not turn to crumbs. Chocolate-coated bars tend to shatter; dense, shelf-stable bars hold up.
