# STAT

> STAT is a food product of On Call Foods LLC: a protein bar with 100mg caffeine (from coffee fruit extract in Chocolate and real coffee plus coffee fruit extract in Peanut Butter Espresso and Salted Caramel Coffee), sold by the 12-count box, for people who work long shifts.

STAT is food, not a dietary supplement. Every bar carries a Nutrition Facts panel. Protein is 16-19g by flavor (Chocolate 16g, Peanut Butter Espresso 17g, Salted Caramel Coffee 19g). Fiber is 6-7g. 0g added sugar. Not a low calorie food. Caffeine is 100mg per bar: for healthy adults, not for children, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or caffeine sensitive.
